Tuition reimbursement and scholarships
MATC Graduates
The Direct to CUW Scholarship is eligible to all MATC graduates, regardless of the year of graduation from MATC, as long as you have not attended another four-year institution prior to enrolling at CUW.
- $150 toward adult accelerated bachelor degree courses
Get started by applying to CUW. After you are accepted into a qualifying program, fill out the Uncommon Scholarship and select the “Direct to Concordia Scholarship” option.
MATC Employees
The Business Community Partnership Scholarship is available to all employees of MATC.
- $150 toward adult accelerated bachelor degree courses
- $200 toward three credit graduate classes, in eligible programs

Accelerated K-9th Grade Bachelor's with Wisconsin Teaching License
Earn your bachelor’s in education and Wisconsin teaching license online and become a K-9th grade teacher in just 3-years. Take 3 successive 8-week terms within each semester, 2 classes at a time.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing: BSN Completion
As a nurse, you know that more and more hospitals are seeking nurses with BSN degrees. If you're a working RN with an associate's degree, our accelerated online RN to BSN program allows you to finish your BSN degree and help you move forward in your career. Our proven curriculum is ideal for students who value a faith-focused, forward-thinking nursing education but want to blend that process as seamlessly as possible with their current busy schedule.

Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education Accelerated
Our accelerated online bachelor’s degree in education allows students to take courses online and begin in-classroom practicums in year one. You will graduate career-ready having met the requirements to apply for your Wisconsin teaching license in elementary education.
- Begin in July or January
- Practicums starting with year one
- Program leads to WI teaching licensure in K-9th grade
- Applicants may apply for life and work experience credit toward practicum coursework up to 6 credits
- Transfer up to 84 credits
- Option to earn Lutheran Teaching Diploma
Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management
You’ll learn how to demonstrate effective writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills. You’ll also learn how to apply business management skills that will create a diverse workforce – the kind that’s capable of achieving organizational goals.
- Learn federal and state legislation, case law decisions, and executive orders that affect employment relationships
- Analyze a compensation plan that identifies and describes plan objectives, salary structure and fringe benefits
- Identify organizational needs for safety plans in multiple areas governed by OSHA related to employee health, safety, and security
- Learn organizational strategies for recruitment, selection, training, retention, and development of employees
