Program Overview

Build a portfolio of management and business skills to help you succeed in the industry you serve. Learn to build a cohesive team that will successfully achieve shared objectives. Develop the ability to think outside of the box and to implement ethical and effective practices to solve complex issues.

Choose a set of business electives that fit your goals and needs in the field of management. You will broaden your perspective as you learn from businesss leaders and your fellow students in the MBA program. Through courses, projects, and discussions you will address emerging topics and theories to improve your business acumen and make a positive impact on the goals and mission of an organization.

A unique aspect of our MBA program is the requirement to earn six credits of experiential learning. Wtih multiple options, select what will benefit your education and career.

Graduate Certificate

Our graduate MBA certificate (or “Mini-MBA”) is ideal for busy working professionals looking to stand out in their industry without committing to a full MBA. Pursuing this graduate certificate will help you upskill as you learn the important basics of business. We’ll give you a taste of what an MBA is like while you gain a competitive advantage over your peers.

Post-Baccalaureate students may apply to the university to pursue a graduate MBA certificate in the following areas:

  • Business Administration: complete 12 credits of coursework from the MBA core
  • Management: complete a combination of 12 credits of coursework from the MBA core and MBA concentrations
  • Concentration-specific (i.e. Accounting, Human Resources, Leadership, etc.): complete 12 credits of coursework from within one MBA concentration

Students may at any time transition into the MBA degree program course of study through the standard application process.

What to Expect
  • 8-week sessions
  • Select your format for each course
    • Online (Do at your own pace during a session.)
    • Face-to-Face (Attend courses via Zoom in real time at a schedule time on a weeknight.)
    • On Campus (Based on availability, you can attend MBA courses in person.)
  • Multiple start dates for an MBA in the fall, spring and summer
  • Acceptances occur throughtout the year
  • Transfer up to 18 graduate credits
  • An Academic Advisor provides support and recommendations as you progress through the program
  • No GRE/GMAT is required

  • I completed my MBA internship in Washington, D.C. at the Heritage Foundation as a Media and Public Relations Intern. In addition to intern programming, guest lectures, and the occasional trip to visit DC’s landmarks, I received hands-on experience working in the nation’s leading conservative think tank. In my role, I synthesized top news stories into talking points distributed to over 5,000+ radio stations daily, managed media databases, and drafted pitch emails to national and international media outlets.
