In this book, professor and developmental scientist David Yeager explains his research, what he calls the “mentor mindset”, and how to be a leader who is attuned to this age group’s motivations and behaviors. Described as “an essential read for anyone who works with young people”, we will discuss applying strategies from the book to help us nurture, lead and teach our students and others in our communities.
